Sammi Specialty Steel Workers have been fighting for their rights to be reinstated for over three years.
The orders by Kim, Dae-jung, President of Korea and High Court were ignored by the employer of the POSCO.
The unfair labor practice by the employers has never been punished by the goverment, and now Park, Tae-Jun, former CEO of the POSCO, is Prime Minister of Korea.
